Will Encyro sign a GDPR Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with my business?
Yes, Encyro does sign DPAs.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be required for you under GDPR Article 28, section 3, to support your use of an external service provider (e.g. Encyro) to process or manage data that you collect from EU nationals.
Encyro offers electronic signatures to make the DPA signing process fast and smooth - you will receive a document to sign at your email address and the signature process will only require a few clicks. The only language supported at this time is English, but we can assist you with getting a translation of the DPA in your language.
To start the DPA signing process simply contact us, once you are satisfied with your Encyro trial and have purchased your membership.
Note: We are not lawyers and so we cannot advise you regarding whether you should or should not sign a DPA.
