Can I send to multiple recipients?
How many recipients on my secure message are allowed?
Multiple recipients are allowed, both when sending new secure messages or when replying/forwarding a previously received secure message.
To prevent spam and to avoid sending sensitive information to too many recipients, there is a limit to the maximum number of recipients and you will be prompted to reduce the number of recipients if this limit is exceeded.
More than 5 recipients are typically not allowed. Encyro Pro users, who have a need to send to more than 5 recipients, may request an override to the limit for their account by contacting us.
It is worth noting that if you are sending sensitive information, it should only be sent to the smallest number of people who need it. If you occasionally need to send the same information to more than 5 people, please send it in two separate secure messages.
