The top message does not automatically decrypt
The newest received message in my Outlook inbox was not decrypted by the Encyro Outlook Addin, why?
If the newest message in the inbox is a received secure message notification, the Encyro add-in does not automatically decrypt it to prevent any delays in Outlook start-up phase. Simply select some other message and then again select the newest message - decryption process will now start.
The Encyro Outlook Addin is designed to keep your Outlook program working at its best performance and hence it does not perform any decryption work during Outlook startup.
