How can I change my username or email?
How do I change my email address?
Changing the email address changes:
- the email address you use as your username for login,
- the email address used in case of a forgotten password, and
- the email address shown to your recipients on your secure messages.
This change requires contacting us via a secure message. Login to your Encyro account with your current
username (email address) and send a secure message to info@Encyro.com letting us know the new email address desired.
Please note that:
- In some cases, our support team may request additional verification, such as an email message from your new email address.
- If the new email address is in use for another Encyro account, you will be provided additional instructions.
You will receive a confirmation email when the change has been completed.
