Install from local file
Starting with version 2.3 (released Oct 5, 2023) the instructions to install from a local file are no longer relevant.
The separate local-file based installation was needed for version 1.36 and older versions only, for cases where the primary installer provided on the website did not work. Starting with version 2.x, the common installer clubs all the functionality together and is the only installer to use.
