How can I print my receipt or invoice?
To print your receipts for past payments, please login to your Encyro account and click Settings (top right). Then scroll down to “Membership” and click on “Payment History”.
You will then see a list of past payments. Click on “View” next to a payment (toward the right) to view the receipt. Wait for the receipt to be displayed.
Just below the receipt, there is a button labelled “Print” to print it. The printable view opens in a new browser tab and also activates the browser’s Print dialog that will let you select your printer and print the receipt.
If you need to print an upcoming invoice, please contact us and we can email it to you.
