Cannot find the Addin on a New Computer, or After Updating Office
I installed the Addin on my new computer but cannot find the new secure email button on the Outlook Ribbon? Cannot see the full ribbon?
The issue can happen when switching to the latest version of Outlook, due to a new feature called the Simplified Ribbon.
Try to find a downward arrow (caret) towards the right end of the ribbon and click it to expand the ribbon. More information: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/use-the-simplified-ribbon-44bef9c3-295d-4092-b7f0-f471fa629a98

If you wish to keep using the compact/simplified ribbon, you may still use the Encyro Addin: click on the “New Email” button in the ribbon and then use the “Secure Send” button on the Message tab of that new email window.
