Can My Contacts Tell if I have a Trial or Paid Membership?
No.
Your messages and upload page, on a trial membership, work just like you had a paid membership.
A purchased membership does let you add additional users (employees, team-mates) to your account, but that is not something the recipient of your secure message or a visitor to your upload page would see.
