Why can't my recipients open my secure messages?

    Some of the people that I send Encyro messages to keep saying that they cannot open my secure message. It seems to work for some others. What is going on?

    A common reason for the message access link to not work is that the link has expired. The expiry time is mentioned in the email that has the message access link. Message access links that do not require a password expire after a few days, to keep your data private.

    If a recipient clicks the link after it has expired, they will get an error message saying so.

    Encyro Pro members (including trial members) do have the option to increase the message expiry duration. See: How to change the message expiry time.
