I ended up using an email address different from what I would like. Can I change that? I am moving from a free email address to a new email address on my custom domain, can I change my email on my Encyro account? Can I change the email address shown to my recipients or clients on my Encyro messages? I am selling my practice - can I change the email address on my Encyro account to the new owner’s address?
Yes, the email address associated with your Encyro account can be changed, but not through your account settings. Please contact us to change your email address. You will need the ability to login to Encyro with your existing email address for the verification step that may be needed.
