How to Reset/Retrieve a Client's Password?
My client forgot their password, can I reset it?
If Your client forgot their password, simply ask them to click the Forgot your password? link on the Encyro login page.
You may click the forgot password link on behalf of the client and send them a reset password email by entering your client’s email address. However, the client must click the link received in their email to reset their password within an hour.
