Do I need to create a new email address? Will my existing email address work?
No, you do not need to signup for a new email address – your existing email address will work.
Your existing email address will act both as your username to login to Encyro and will be shown as your sender address on secure messages that you send to others.
You can use your free web mail account (e.g. Gmail/ Yahoo/Outlook.com), your work email on a custom domain (e.g., you@yourdomain.com), or an email address provided to you by your Internet Service Provider (e.g., you@rr.com, you@comcast.net). Any working email address will do.
We recommend using the same email address that your existing clients are already familiar with, to sign up for Encyro.
