Delete a Contact
Can I remove a contact I previously added or imported? I imported contacts from my email but not all of them are my clients - how can I delete some of the imported contacts?
To delete a contact with whom you have not communicated using Encyro (not sent or received secure messages or files), simply browse to the folder shown for that contact. Such folders are shown below the folders with messages and are organized by alphabets.
Right click (Ctrl-click on a Mac, or long tap on a touch screen) the contact folder and you will see the option to delete it.
Clicking on Delete Contact will remove the contact from your account.
