E-Sign Reminders

    You may opt to automatically remind signers or yourself, if the e-sign request has not been completed.

    Remind Signers

    On the Configure E-Sign Request screen, find the heading Expiry and Reminders.

    1. Click the checkbox near Remind Signers.

    2. Then, you will see a reminder row indicating in how many days the reminder will be sent and whether that number of days is from now or before expiry. Change the number of days as required and switch ‘from now’ to ‘before expiry’ if needed.

      1. NOTE: The reminder that you see is already added. You may change it. There is NO NEED to click the “Add Reminder” button.
    3. Optional: You may add an additional reminder by clicking Add Reminder. For instance, you may add one reminder to be sent 2 days from now and another one after 5 days.

      1. You can add a maximum of 3 reminders.

    Reminder Yourself

    On the Configure E-Sign Request screen, find the heading Expiry and Reminders.

    1. Click the checkbox near Remind Me.

    2. Then, you will see a reminder row indicating in how many days the reminder will be sent and whether that number of days is from now or before expiry. Change the number of days as required and switch ‘from now’ to ‘before expiry’ if needed.

      1. NOTE: The reminder that you see is already added. You may change it. There is NO NEED to click the “Add Reminder” button.

    Notes:

    • Reminder times should be within the e-sign expiry duration. Reminders are not sent if the e-sign request has expired. For example, if the e-sign request expires in 7 days and you set a reminder to be sent after 8 days, that reminder will never be sent.
    • Reminders are only sent to signers who have not yet completed the e-sign request.
